The Korean version is the original. If the two differ, the Korean version governs.
01What we collect, and why
We collect personal information in three places only. We do not gather anything else while you use the site.
| Where | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Ask a question (/contact) | Name, email, your message | To write back to you |
| Brand sign-up (/apply) | Brand name, contact name, email, phone | To create an account and handle your requests |
| Creator application (/creator/apply) | Name, email — then your channels, your work, a phone number (optional) and a resume (optional) inside the account | To review your application and tell you the result |
Access logs (IP address, timestamp) may be recorded automatically.
02You may decline
All of the above is required except the resume. You may decline, but then we cannot answer your question, create your account, or accept your application. You may withdraw consent at any time; we then delete the data as described in section 4.
The resume is optional. You can apply without one, and not sending one counts against nothing.
03How long we keep it
| Case | Retention |
|---|---|
| Questions | One year after we answer, then deleted |
| Sign-up requests | If you do not finish signing up, one year from the day you submitted it, then deleted |
| Brand accounts | While your account is open. When you close it we delete your login and your contact details (name, phone) without delay. Brand details and order or contract records are kept for the period shown under "Brand orders and contracts" below, then deleted |
| Brand orders and contracts | Five years after the contract ends, then deleted (transaction records under the Framework Act on National Taxes) |
| Creator applications | If we do not move forward, we delete it within 30 days of finishing the review. If we do work together, we keep it for five years after the contract ends (transaction records under the Framework Act on National Taxes), then delete it |
| Access logs | Three months (our own standard, for incident response and abuse checks) |
Where Korean law requires a longer retention period, we keep the record for that period and delete it afterwards.
04How we delete it
Once the retention period ends or the purpose is fulfilled, we delete the data without delay. Electronic records are permanently erased so they cannot be restored. Anything printed on paper is shredded or incinerated.
05We do not sell or share it
We do not provide your personal information to third parties. The only exception is a lawful request from an authority under Korean law.
06Processors we use
| Processor | What they do | Country | Contact |
|---|---|---|---|
| Supabase Inc. | Database, authentication, file storage | United States | privacy@supabase.io |
| Resend, Inc. | Confirmation codes and notification email | United States | support@resend.com |
Both are located outside Korea. The items transferred are those listed in section 1, transferred at the moment you submit them, over the network. Retention is as stated in section 3.
Because this storage and processing is necessary to provide the service, we disclose it here under Article 28-8(1)3 of the Personal Information Protection Act rather than asking for separate consent. If you would rather this did not happen, simply do not submit a question, sign-up or application — nothing is transferred if you leave nothing with us.
07Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or stop processing your personal information. Write to the address below and we will act without delay and tell you the outcome. If you have an account, you can also edit your details yourself after signing in.
We do not collect information from children under 14.
08How we keep it safe
Access is limited to three administrator levels (chair, operations, manager), enforced in the database itself, so the data cannot be read outside the admin console. Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS) and passwords are stored in a form that cannot be reversed.
09Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. You may block cookies in your browser, but then features that require signing in will not work.
Separately, to count how many people visit the site each day, we set one cookie that expires at midnight. Its value is the single character “1” — it holds no name, email or IP address. What we store is only the date, page path and a count, and those records cannot tell us who visited. Nothing is sent to advertisers or outside analytics services.
