FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
- Can I apply with a small following?
- There is no minimum follower count. We look at your channel's voice, how consistently you post, and how well you know your field.
- Do I have to sign exclusively?
- No. UE does not require exclusivity. You can work with UE and with others at the same time.
- Can I turn down an offer?
- Yes. If it is not a fit for you, just tell us so.
- How are fees and payment dates decided?
- We put how it is calculated, what is deducted and when it is paid in writing before you sign.
- Can I keep my existing brand partnerships?
- Yes. Because UE does not require exclusivity, you do not have to end anything you already have.
- How far can my content be used?
- Paid usage, re-edits, duration, territory and likeness are agreed for each project in advance. Nothing is used beyond what was agreed.
- How does a partnership end?
- The term and how to end it are written into the contract. If work is in progress when it ends, we agree together how to finish it.
- Can I apply from outside Korea?
- Yes. We will confirm which regions and languages we can work in, and how payments are handled.
